Yes Attitude determines your Altitude. In other words the way you think, feel, and believe determines how high or low you will rise or fall. Unfortunately I have seen many talented and gifted basketball players ruin their careers because they didn’t understand the importance of having a positive attitude.

Answer: You must change your mindset from being a scorer and start understanding this concept I’m going to teach you. You must learn how to generate points or opportunities for points.

This can be done many ways like

Getting Assist -Assist leads to point for your team this is a very good point generating skill to work on.

Offensive Rebounds- Offensive rebounds are a great way to get two statistical categories filled. Extra possessions equal extra shot attempts and potentially more points to be scored. This is definitely a point generating activity.

Get defensive stops- The more stops you get the more possession you get which will lead to more shots. The name of the game is to score more points than the other teams. If a player engages themselves in point generating activities on the basketball court it is a sure fire way not only to earn more playing time but to also stay on the court long term.
